z Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by
fresh water
hosing.
用清水沖去鹽份及其它水溶性污物。
z Degrease according to SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning.
依照 SSPC-SP1 溶劑清洗標準除去油脂。
z Remove weld spatter and smooth weld seams and sharp edges.
除去焊接飛濺并處理焊縫、毛刺使其光順。
z Remove rust, mill-scale and damaged shop primer by
blasting to
ISO Sa2.5 (SSPC-SP10) or by power tooling to ISO St3.0.
用噴砂方式除去鐵銹、氧化皮和損壞的車間底漆達到 ISO Sa2.5
(SSPC-SP10) 或用電動工具處理表面達到 ISO St3.0。
z Remove dust and dirt by high-pressure air before paint
application
用高壓空氣吹掃除去灰塵等污物。
z Be sure that the surface is clean and dry prior to application.
施工前確認表面清潔干燥。

Minimum precautions to be taken in dealing with all paints are:

z Avoid skin and eye contact.
避免接觸皮膚和眼睛。
z If paint comes into contact with the skin , wash with warm water
and/or a suitable cleanser. If paint comes into contact with the eyes,
flush with copious amount of water and seek immediate medical
attention.
如果油漆接觸到皮膚，應用溫水以及（或者）適當的清洗劑清
洗。如果油漆接觸到眼睛，應用大量水沖洗并立即就醫。
z Ensure good ventilation.
保證良好的通風。
z Paint products contain flammable materials. Please keep them away
from sparks and prohibit any smoking in the vicinity.
涂料中含有可燃物質。請遠離火花并禁止在臨近地區吸煙。
z Observe all health and safety data on the container.
現場遵守一切健康安全規定。
