z Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water
hosing.
用清水沖去鹽份及其它水溶性污物。
z Degrease according to SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning. |

EPOMARINE EX 600
z Remove weld spatter and smooth weld seams and sharp edges.
依照 SSPC-SP1 溶劑清洗標準除去油脂。
除去焊接飛濺并處理焊縫、毛刺使其光順。
z Remove rust, mill-scale and damaged shop primer by blasting
to
ISO Sa2.5 (SSPC-SP10) or by power tooling to ISO St3.
用噴砂方式除去鐵銹、氧化皮和損壞的車間底漆達到 ISO Sa2.5
(SSPC-SP10) 或用電動工具處理表面達到 ISO St3。
z Remove dust and dirt by high-pressure air before paint application
用高壓空氣吹掃除去灰塵等污物。
z Be sure that the surface is clean and dry prior to application.
施工前確認表面清潔干燥。
It is recommended to use winter type product (Epomarine EX 600 W)
at the temperature below 10℃.
當溫度達到 10℃以下時建議使用冬季型產品(Epomarine EX 600
